I ordered a parcel for next day delivery to arrive on the 20th feb and I have still not received it almost a month later.
I contacted dx secure and they said it has been delivered and the driver posted it through my letterbox, which would not have been possible as it would not have fit
They said they I needed to contact misguided to open an investigation, but after filling out the form on their website numerous times for weeks I have still not had a response.
20 emails later directly to them, I still do not have a response.
Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
