Ordered a Tascam digital audio recorder on March 3rd 2013. Required for March 21st gig. Ordered was confirmed. I received a couple of emails asking me to review the product but hadn't received it yet. No other communication. On March 14th I checked my order on-line to see that it was "Processing". Contacted them via email and they apologised for slow despatch and upgraded me to fast delivery. March 19th, still no item and order still says "Processing". Another email request and I again they apologise and say they will upgrade me to fast delivery??? Hadn't even been sent yet. I cancelled order, jumped on a bus to city centre and paid an extra 20euro for one...in my hand...from a local business. Well worth it.
Haven't checked to see if I have been charged by them yet, awaiting their response. I don't recommend Valuebasket.
