My TV is still on the floor

I'm still waiting, I have now had two "at the latest dates" pass by with no delivery. Considering 244.29 was taken from my bank account on 25th February with a seven - twelve day delivery "at the latest" explanation offered in answer to my last enquiry and it is now 20th March. I really can't give any rating.
