Outstanding service

Although my purchase didn't go as smoothly as most, the after sales service was excellent!
I bought a climbing harness from Banana Fingers recently, but unfortunately the size was wrong. This was no fault of the distributor as they quoted the manufacturers size chart, which strangely was about 4 inches too large in the waist measurement. Obviously I wanted to swap the harness for a smaller size so I phoned BF asking what can be done about the P&P since this wasnt any fault of my own either. They generously said all postage will be refunded by themselves and they would send out a new harness asap. As I was going on a climbing trip the next weekend I urgently wanted the new harness to turn up quickly, which it did. The processing, turn around and communication was all excellent, well above what I have seen in the past with other organisations.. I would definitely use this company again as they realise customer service is an essential part of their business.
For anyone interested the said harness is a Petzl Corax, and I am still not sure why the size chart is so innacurate. I contacted Petzl who just referred me to the UK distributor. Not much help there!
