Brilliant. Couldn't be easier. The chat operators couldn;t be more helpful

I spoke to Catherine Corless who brings such a personal touch to what can be an awkward way of communicating. It was just as if we were talking in person over a counter in a shop. Best customer service experience I think I've ever had.

Anchor Pumps

Brilliant but ....

I purchased a replacement Grundfors Niagara 2.0 STC shower pump - Anchor
could not be beaten on price and free shipping meant this was a no brainer
choice. Follow up once I had ordered online was excellent. Ordered Friday, the pump arrived on Monday, precisely within the one hour PM time frame Anchor had

The only trouble was, after hours of faffing around with the pump once I had installed it, trying to figure out why the thing was constantly on when plugged into the mains,I discovered, with the help of a Grundfors technical help assistant that the unit had a bad PCB board. I don't blame Anchor for that. After all you have to trust the manufacturer's testing process and you'd be hard pressed to test every new pump in inventory at a big reseller establishment like Anchor. Certaily wouldn't stop me going back to Anchor next time I need a pump.
