6 th march parcel due to be collected. Waited in all day no one came, rang them no explanation, it will be collected 7th. Again waited in all day no one came. Livid. Phoned company. It will be collected on 9th. It actually got collected on 8th. Another item to go back. I was out so was carded. I rang number on the card with reference number. Recorded voice didn't recognise the number so couldn't put me through. Tried to rearrange collection online, nope can't be done on line. Had to go back to company I bought item and get them to re arrange collection. This was due on the 19th. Waited in all day no one came. Phone yodel who said driver was still out they would phone him and ring me back. Neither the phone call nor the courier came. Phoned yodel again today who said driver run out of time last night and he's coming today. No explanation as to why they hadn't bothered to phone me back. The courier never speaks and when i ask kindly for a reciept he just grunts and strops off back to his van. Absolutely terrible company. I certainly wouldn't pay them a penny to deliver anything for me. After reading all the complaints isn't it about time watchdog investigated them.
