I ordered a TP Link product (cheapest I found on the internet) but after I placed the order I realised it was the wrong one. I phoned WAE+ to change the order. They answered quickly and just as fast they changed the order. No hassel.
Then I waited for my order to arrive. I'm still waiting, 6 days on despite the item being listed as in stock. They have already banked my money. They should only do this once the order is dispatched.
This website may offer the best prices, too good to be true if you ask me. I would have been better off paying more elsewhere as I;d have my order by now.
UPDATE 30/3/13. Finally got a reply from customer services. Apparently there has been a delay in the warehouse....really? The item was listed as "In Stock. This company is aweful.
