POOR DELIVERY SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

i checked stock and ordered and paid for express delivery the goods still have not arrived after nearly a week after spending 15 mins waiting to speak to somebody to be told they still have not been dispatched and i am unable to even cancel my order but yet i cant be told when they are going to arrive! VERY POOR SERVICE
