BE WARNED - you cannot remove your card details from this site EVER

Wowcher permanently stores your card details THERE IS NO OPTION TO REMOVE.

When I phoned having inadvertly ordered a second purchase I asked where I could go to remove my card details no one believed me that I couldn't remove them they had to log on to their own account and see for themselves. When I asked to speak to a manager; (Umar) as I perceived this as a great concern he said someone had raised it a meeting but it couldnt say more than that. He told me I could clear the cookies. THIS DOES NOT WORK. I have now had to cancel my card. I am not happy!

We are very sorry to hear that there has been some confusion over this matter.
Wowcher do not store any card details on our site, your details are stored on a highly secure finance system and when you log into your account they are pulled from this for ease of purchase.

We can remove this function manually should you wish and we will be investigating why you were told otherwise.
