I find that communicating with Hudson Reed to be very difficult. The web pages are built to sell porduct, not support them. Finding a support telephone number took a lot of searching pages. I ended up calling across the pond. There does not seem to be a USA distributor or support organization.
After 2 weeks, I am no closer to getting the correct part for the Tec Pura Plus Shower valve. I need a repalcement for the thermostatic diverter valve. I was told a part number when I called to Great Britain. After arriving, the part didn't fit. I have sent pictures of my unit, but still do not have a response. The support person is checking with engineering since the shower valve is 7-8 years old.
