Rip off viagogo

Brought one direction tickets for my 10 yr old for a Xmas present , cost £85 each plus £25 fees £9.95 delivery fees and £5 vat thought I was buying seats in block 110 at the O2 only to receive tickets today to find out that the face value of the tickets is just £33.50 and to see we are in block 401 level 4 probably the worse seats possible , viagogo is a absolute rip off as a company I don't know how they get away with this I'm so disappointed with there service now my 10 yr old has to sit at the highest place possible I will never use there company again .....

Hi Glen,

viagogo is an online ticket marketplace which allows customers to buy and sell tickets. The seller can freely set the price of the ticket(s), and this price may be over or under the 'face value' price which is the price printed on the ticket. The face value price is always displayed by viagogo on the listing pages for all events.

We do not own or sell tickets ourselves therefor we do not decide the prices. Your seller decided to sell tickets more than the face value resulting the difference in the price.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thanks.
The viagogo team!
