watch the fine print, most flowers don't come with the vase as pictured, you have to pay 5 pounds extra for that :/ The flowers were delivered to the hotel on time, but didn't make it to the actual recipient until a day and a half later (this is mostly the hotel's fault, but further effort by the delivery person would have been appreciated). The flowers themselves were nice by all accounts........... but the delivery and presentation was poor.
