Everything about buying form simplyelectronics.net was very good. I bought a Gopro camera. After 10 days or so of hearing nothing I received an email to say that they had received a batch of the model that I had bought which were all damaged, and because there would be quite a delay until a new order arrived they offered to upgrade my order at no extra cost. This was extremely good customer service. after that however I heard nothing for a while and I found that chasing via the internet was not particularly straightforward. Eventually I spoke to someone on their 24/7/ customer service helpline and was re-assured, but I think the web account and the order numbers could be much clearer. I would however recommend simplyelectronics with this caveat.
