This is now the third time we have used the company. Natalie and her team have been very helpful and supportive and the product has been just what we needed and expected. We would still recommend them to others but there are 2 things that were disappointing and need addressing:
1. For the second time in a row, the accounts people said they had not had the payment. However in both cases we had paid and they had failed to align it with the account. This needs to be resolved as it is not your clients job to resolve internal matters.
2. For the second time in a row, there were issues with the delivery company saying the had been but the person had been waiting at the premises. This may be an isolated incidence but feedback and discussions with the logistics team/account managers should be undertaken.
Overall though, we are pleased and intend to use Natalie and the team in the future.
