Amazon are great
I shop all the time with Amazon and never have any problems with them. They are a well organised company that understands the needs of their customers.
The only slight prob I had was with a seller and even then the guy sorted it out to my benefit.

In my opinion these guys have the best customer service and reception.
02 have the best customer service I have seen in the mobile phone industry. I have had an account with them for about 10 years and when I went to leave they gave me a year free in which to consider what I was going to do. The three network are my other account and they have caused me loads of admin hassle and their reception is way inferior to 02. I also have an accoun t with Vodaphone for my son and they are only so so, therefore 02 get my vote.

Excellent service
As a new customer I placed my order and expected to receive my goods in about 5-7 days. I was pleasantly surprised to receive them the next day.
Two things that are important to a customer, a good price and a prompt service. Pet Supermarket came up trumps on both so you get my vote.
