A lot of effort for a little money !!!!!!

took me ages to enter all my bar codes and then there was a difference between the cheque total and the list total spoke to a customer advisor who although polite could not sort problem so I had to input every thing again. A cheque was meant
to have been issued 7 march still not received . Rang customer services hanging on for 10 minutes to be told they would have to check with bank to make sure not cashed and could take up to 7 days to issue a new one . Wouldn't recommend unless you are desperate for money as the amounts paid are pathetic

Hi Kim - Unfortunately your cheque had gone missing in the post. It's standard procedure to talk to the bank to make sure the cheque hadn't been cashed as we don't want to end up paying out twice for things. Another cheque has been re-issued today and it should be with you shortly. Regarding prices, we offer the best prices that we can, especially as we cover all postage costs and do not charge fees.
