I used valet parking at LHR in order to reduce the hassle involved in travelling and depositing the car prior to meeting an early morning check-in. StressFreeParking was competitively priced and a previous experience of them had been very positive. On this occasion, and as before, the arrangements for the outbound meet and greet worked extremely well with the driver pre-positioned to meet us when we arrived outside Terminal 3 before 7am. Handover of the car went extremely smoothly with the driver being extremely polite throughout. Our arrival back in the UK did not go as smoothly with us being told when we rang them as instructed having collected our bags that the car wouldn't be delivered for half an hour - in the end it was nearer 40 minutes. This glitch was somewhat frustrating as we could have travelled to a normal on-airport car park in that timescale. However, the driver was again extremely polite (the delay probably wasn't his fault) and the car was returned to us at the Terminal 3 car park in good condition. Despite this glitch, I would probably use SFP again.
