A parcel was sent out to me. I never received the item and everytime I checked the tracking number it either stated that Yodel had delivered the item when they hadn't and that they had attempted delivery and left a card. None of this happened. I was having the item delivered to my work address and someone is there up until 5pm.
Rang Yodel customer services and eventually got through but was told that the delivery driver had tried to deliver it but there was no-one there or they could not find the work place. What a load of rubbish.
I had to contact my parcel sender and get my money back. I was not prepared to go through all this again after Yodel customer services said they would attempt delivery again. I told them not to bother.
