Our experience of placing the order at Warrington (great showroom) with Kevin Douglas was great. He was very helpful throughout and we felt appreciated as a customer. The experience went downhill from here. All further communication on order status was initiated by us. Trying to co-ordinate our contracter with a delivery was cumbersome due to certain mosaics being on back-order. I was told availability on Monday........then Tuesday. Indeed I went to pick them up at the depot just to find out that they were not in.
On our originasl delivery there was a problem with the screw kit that came with the radiator. they were too small to fit the radiator. replacements were going to take 3 days so I had to pick them up myself (70 miles return trip).
I like the bathroom furnishings and they provide value for money, but Bathroom Store need to better focus on service between order payment and delivery. On the plus side all customer support personnel were polite,
I might consider using them again but only if their was a significant discount to other suppliers to compensate for the added pain of after sales support.
