dont normally write review but this has given me a good reason.
ordered stuff from amazon and a few days later came home and got a missed delivery card left behind, missed them apparently by about 10 mins. called them to rearrange redelivery for next day and ask for it any time after 5pm (they allege to delivery up to 9pm).
today i has a busy day, I am a solicitor, but knew had to rush home not to miss the delivery thus had to leave work about 1 hour before time. I was home at 4:20pm. And guess what i find on the door way? a missed delivery note alleging that 2nd delivery was attempted at ....wait for it...4:15pm.( funny. because where i live is a quite area and no drive through if there was a van- i would have seen it) - I was furious!! so i called the customer service and after a long wait on there premium number the guy goes like----"oooh! yes you requested for delivery after 5pm but this is an all day service so that was just your suggestion and we delivery whenever the driver is in the area!"
now I am going to contact the sender and ask him for my money back - what do this guys think? everyone sitting home all day 7 days a week waiting for delivery for them to delivery at there own convenient day or time!! totally rubbish service - if anyone is using them to send anything think twice then think again.
