Paid extra for a delivery on Saturday 23rd from Gear4music.
They couldnt find my house (allegedly)
They attempted delivery on Monday - I was at work
Refused to deliver to my school address so I liased with "make it right" team and was promised delivery today before 12.30.
When I checked the tracker early this morning it said it was at Smethwick depot so I thought I had better check to see if it was on the way.
A long chat later and a wait whilst the call centre called the depot I was informed that my package MIGHT be on the van. Still has not arrived.
Your totally abject service means I will NEVER use gear4music again and will never recommend them if asked by any of the 1200 students at my school.
DPD is a disgrace.
Bottom line is that two Saturdays and DPD have failed to deliver my order. They attempted to deliver on a Monday when I was at work. Their customer service actually arranged todays non delivery. Total refusal to deliver to the school where I work!
When I realised from the tracker that my delivery was still in a warehouse I contacted DPD who told me that my delivery MIGHT be on the van.
G4M have already refunded the extra Saturday delivery charge that I paid.
Luckily this is only a small order - but I am still seething!
Would I buy say a £2500 piano from you?
Absolutely no way - whilst you continue to use these cowboys.

Looked around on internet for new tyres for my Saab. Was most impressed with the reviews so decided to give your company a go. Had always bought tyres from an independent company before.
Tyre fitter arrived approximately half an hour before the appointed time which was no problem at all. The work was done very professionally and Adam the fitter was a true gent who clearly took great pride in his job.
Excellent - will use again!
