I would not use TopCashBack ever again!! It has taken 4 months to get only a third of the cashback owed, they then told me I had to wait a further 3 months for them to investigate. Never again!!

I'm sorry to hear that you have been waiting a long time to receive your expected cashback. Incorrectly tracked transactions are reasonably rare however they can unfortunately take a while to resolve due to the nature of the process.

I can appreciate that sometimes it must seem like we aren't dealing with your claim however behind the scenes we're trying our best to resolve it as quickly and successfully as we can.
