Placed an order and as I wanted it in a hurry I paid for express delivery. Received an e-mail saying that it would be delivered between 12th and 13th March, which was in the delivery time. I still hadn't received it by 15th March, so queried where it was. I was told that the item was no longer available and was given the option of an alternative item or a refund. I then received an e-mail saying that the money would be refunded but would take 30 days to go back into the account. I am very annoyed because
1) You quite happily accepted my money for express delivery, probably, knowing full well you couldn't honour it.
2) When I have ordered goods before from other website, the money hasn't been debited from my account until the item(s) have been dispatched.
So why was the money taken before the items were dispatched, and why is it going to take 30 days to be refunded to my credit card?
Not a happy customer!
