everything seemed fine and the appointment was booked and i even gave the time i would be there but i was told hree of us turned up at the same time so i saw another member of staff.the person i should have seen did come to apologise which was good but i just didn't get any real feedback or service from my person.when i then went back two weeks ;ater to collect it all went wrong as the frame was two sizes to small. to their credit the owner and a manager handled the situation well and got everything correct for collection the next week.with illness i haven't managed to test everything yet as only done 50miles in almost 3 months but they will give it a once over when i have done more,the right staff really know thier stuff and prices are very fair. i would use again. we all make mistakes sometimes.
