Dropping the car off was fine. However, upon our return of a delayed journey due to adverse weather we was informed that our 2 hours delay would cost us an additional £10 and that the car would be 30 minutes due to the conditions instead of 20 minutes. I would have been OK with this, had the car only been 10 minutes later. However, given we were charged for a 2 hours flight delay, the car turned up an hour later and the driver told us to go to the wrong level of the terminal. I am disgusted that they can charge me for a delay when they themselves failed to provide a prompt service. They should refund the additional charge as it seems everyone was affected by the weather and to penalise just me is wrongful.
