Ordered Xbox points. Then got an email to say they were out of stock. Sent a reply asking someone to investigate. Nothing till the next day when codes were sent but too late for the Xbox offer. Customer service by <private data removed> was appaling. They will never have another penny of mine.
The response from Gamesbiteis a complete lie. As soon as I received the email to say the codes were out of stock I sent a contact form to see why this was the case so I could cancel and they never replied to me. Just sent the codes out the next day which was too late for the Xbox offer so the points are useless.
