I purchased a Samsung Sound Bar from Beyond Television at a very competitive price. It was delivered as promised on a Saturday, which was great. Unboxed and ready to go and it did not work, the wireless connection kept dropping out. Having experienced the horrors of having to deal with Samsung service, I started to panic. I should not have worried, Beyond Television, were helpful and went out of their way to try to accommodate a straight replacement of the faulty unit. I took delivery of the replacement unit yesterday which worked straight out of the box. Great service Beyond Television.
