Simple & reliable
I have bought from Play.com for a number of years now and they have always provided a good service. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that are sometimes let down by their couriers when you order large items.
DPD UK
Useless
This company are a bunch of time wasters. I stayed home waiting for delivery, I heard a letter being pushed through my door which was a DPD Calling Card and watched the courier drive off down the road. The card said they would deliver the next day so a took a second day off work and there was no delivery. I took a third day off work and as nothing had arrived by 1130 I phoned both the DPD and the company I ordered my goods from to be told the parcel was still at the Depot and delivery would be the next day. So that will be 4 days off work and all my holiday booked off for Christmas used up so I now have to work over Christmas and not spend time with my children and family.
Absolutely rubbish, and believe me they do not appreciate that my time is important to me.
