I bought tickets to see the Script on Friday 22nd March as a Christmas present. It's now 9pm on Thursday 21st March and I am ticketless. I called Viagogo this afternoon who confirmed with UPS that the tickets would be delivered to my home address before 8pm this evening. I've waited in and cancelled dinner with friends but guess what, no UPS van has arrived at my door.
I am leaving for London at 10am tomorrow and unless the tickets arrive before then, I guess I'll be missing the concert. Very, very upsetting.
I will never use Viagogo again. It's a totally unreliable service.
9:58 on 22/03: They have arrived but I have had to take time off work this morning to wait for them. What a farce.
