Friendly competant staff

The salesmen are always ready to greet a potential customer and give them directions to the required service, even if they are busy with another client. Nearly all have been friendly and helpful.
Although the salesman who we had been dealing with had an accident the night before our pick up and was not in work, others covered for him well.
Generally a good company to deal with and would recommend to friends.
