Paid up as per original quote without quibble

I had originally sent phone to another website who told me that because of 'scratches on the screen' which were usual wear and tear they would be paying me half the amount originally offered yet when sent to envirofone they paid up in full.

Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.
