I bought a Sony Experia Mini Pro from Simply Electronics. A few month down the line it stopped working completely. Prior to this it kept changing its language (At this point I found out it was a non-European phone and never carried the Sony Warranty). I contacted Simply Electronics who advised to send it to them for repair, in Hong Kong!? The postage cost me £7.90, which I never saw again, against my request. they advised I could have product of similar price (£124.95) as the phone was faulty, I asked for Galaxy Tab, £150 at the time as I had to purchase a new phone in England. Galaxy tab request refused, i had to pick something cheaper, fair enough. I requested a Samsung Camera (£85.00 approx) and the remaining money on anything totaling £37.00 to make up the difference. I received the camera but the second part of my request was dismissed. I e-mailed back and was advised this was not possible and the camera would have to do (This was in terms and conditions I was told).
This whole process took almost four month, I only took the camera to sell on e-bay to attempt to re-coup costs of original phone, and for my efforts I am £37.00 out of pocket, plus the £7.00 delivery to Hong Kong. Please, please if your half debating using this company, don't. Get it somewhere in UK (This is if your from UK), pay a fiver extra and cover yourself. Customer service was diabolical and the product was a joke. Thanks.
