Shame on you - Skam jer!

Jeg har bestilt flere ting på Infurn. Fik et chock da jeg så leveringstiden. På hjemmesiden står der, at de lange leveringstider gælder for varer som ikke er på lager og at man kan tjekke lagerstatus. Den knap findes bare ikke. Der står også at man kan afbestille ens ordre, men Infurn besvarer ikke mails. Jeg har også bestilt en telefinopringning ( hvor man skal vente i en HEL UGE) opringningen skulle have været i går. Jeg modtog den aldrig. Prøvede i dag at bestille en ny telefon tid7 opringning - tidligste tid er om 12 dage!!!! - og min anmodning blev afvist eftersom " jeg allerede havde en aftale med dem om at de skulle ringe".
Det er meget enkelt! Enten så modtager jeg mine penge inden for 3 hverdage eller det jeg har bestilt inden for en uge ellers så går jeg videre både af rettens vej OG via sociale medier som Facebook hvor vil jeg gøre alt jeg kan for at advare venner og journalister i branchen.

I have ordered several things at INFURN. Got a shock when I saw the delivery time. The website says that the long delivery times apply to items not in stock, and that you can check availability. The button to check this does not exist. It also says that you can cancel your order but INFURN do not answer emails. I also ordered a phonecall (where you have to wait a WHOLE WEEK) the call should have been yesterday. they never called. I tried today to order a new phonecall - earliest time is in 12 days!! - And my request was rejected because "I already had an agreement with them that they should call."
It is very simple! Either as I receive ALL my money within 3 days or ALL the things I have ordered within a week - otherwise I go on, both of the courts AND via social media like Facebook where I will do everything I can to warn friends and journalists colleagues.

Further to your review on Trustpilot and our discussion this morning with regard to your 2 orders, we are sorry for the delay in response. We do aim to answer emails within 48 hours but this may not always be possible due to holidays times, absences and increased workloads at certain peak periods. Callbacks too, are within restricted periods but we do fulfil the majority of these.

Although you were not happy with the standard delivery time, it is displayed on the website and also in the Terms and conditions which you can view prior to placing the order.

we have checked the In stock items for you today for you to decide if the product available is suitable for a quicker delivery, or if not, for cancellation / refund in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
