Whilst the bath is good quality, I have received poor service from Better Bathrooms. I had to pay nearly £36 for a 3-5 day delivery, but the bath took 9 days to be delivered. I then checked to find the bath panel has been damaged during transit, but the customer 'service' team have ignored my emails, I have also tried to contact them by phone but you just get put on hold.
