Ordered a Sofa Bed which fair enough said 1-2 weeks delivery. Got rung up by the courier service yesterday however I wasn't around so they left a message telling me they can't deliver for 5 WEEKS.
I now can't seem to contact the courier as they're convieniently closed for the weekend and SofaBedsWorld wont pick up the phone, I stayed on the line for 25 mins on the premium rate line to try and get through.
Basically I want to cancel this order now and get a refund and buy from another company who aren't actually completely useless and clearly just trying to rip people off. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
