I just received my smartphone bought at dealextreme and I was pleased with the experience: the customer support is the best I have ever dealt with (really), the delivery was done within the said time interval. The not so good aspects were the impossiblity to track the delivery (the website didn't find any item) but I still got it so it was ok. The package was a little damage but nothing serious.
In a nutshell, I liked the experience and I advise it to anyone who wants to buy electronics online.
