I found the products and customer service from this company to be AWFUL.

I found the products and customer service from this company appalling for the following reasons:

1. I requested a brochure of the company's products. On reciept of the brochure, I tried to place an order at the prices advertised in the brouchure, I was told that the prices for some of the items I wished to purchse had increased prior to the brouchure being sent out. Despite waiting endlessly and speaking to numerous managers, the company would not honour the prices advertised in the brochure. I should have shopped elsewhere at this point.

2. Having placed my order, on reciept of the items, I found my bath panel was broken, however the company refused to replace it without me buying a new one.

3. I latter found items missing from my order, specifically a shower door handle and a toilet seat. When i raised the issue with the company, they refused to supply these items without further payment AND postage. The replacement toilet seat cost me and addition 56 pounds!

I found the products and customer service awful.
