Just updating my review. Once the tracking site changed, I was under the impression that it was out of your control. as such I'm changing my review.
Upon their receipt of the item, I received a text this morning telling me to expect a parcel between 12:48 and 13:48. It arrived dead on 13:00. My Nan tells me the delivery driver was courteous and polite.
I'm only leaving 4 stars because of the miscommunication involved on Friday.
But all in all service was good.
After reading reviews on here I wasn't too pleased with PC worlds choice of courier. However, I sought to remain optimistic. I mean it can't be as bad as everyone says. In truth I'd just appreciate some communication.
I received a text on the 21st at 21:31 telling me my order would arrive today (22nd), wonderful I thought. It didn't arrive. No card, No anything. Now I realise the weather isn't at it's best, and I realise things like that can't be helped.
Upon further searching I found that via the tracker that 'awaiting receipt of parcel' is the stage my order is now at. What this means, I'm not sure, I assume it means that they're waiting for me to sign for it. I'd love to. It's not here to do that though.
If the company is able to text me to let me know details about delivery, how difficult is it to email me, or even text me to let me know why delivery has been delayed? Hell, I'd take any silly excuse. I just want some justification for why my parcel hasn't arrived.
