I was carded yesterday for items from Amazon. I called to rearrange delivery and went through to an automated system, which informed me I could have the items delivered on Friday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Great. I work full time so all of these options were useless to me. No option to have the delivery left with a neighbour, or in a safe place. They tried to deliver them again today (while I was at work) and so now I have to make a 50 mile round trip, to pick up items which I've already paid to have delivered to me! Abysmal service.
