Great Products but Poor Customer service

Great Products at a very cometitive price but poor Customer Service aftercare .
Bathroom suite delivered on the day agreed, as promised.
Unfortunately during installation, the cistern lid was cracked. I phoned to order a replacement, but was in a queue twice for 30+ minutes & had to abandon the calls, I even e-mailed & got no response. Eventually I got through & spoke to a CS agent who promised to call me back the next day after she spoke to the spares dept. She didn't.
I then spoke to a different CS agent, who said the same & didn't call back.
Eventually, I spoke to Andrea.mw, who checked the stock levels & advised how to place the order. The sales person I spoke to said I couldn't place the order over the phone for collection at the Trade Counter, & in any event the cistern lid wasn't in stock. I contacted Andrea again, & she placed the order for me & I collected it the following day. This was almost 4 weeks after I first contacted Customer service.

Not good enough
