Bad food, bad customer service

I purchased some creme fraiche from my local tesco store in Exmouth that had an expiry of 24th April. The product was watery and sour as if it had gone bad despite being kept in the fridge. Furthermore my wife mixed in an entire carton of raspberries as she did not realise the creme fraiche was bad until she tasted it. I called Tesco's customer services who advised me to take it all back to the store. If they really think I am about to take a bowl full of creme fraiche and raspberries into a tescos store to complain they are mistaken! It's in the bin! I will use another supermarket in future. Awful customer service.


Awful customer service and no recourse when things go wrong!

I have used parcel2go about 6 times and they have missed collection on several occasions. On the latest occasion TNT failed to pick up the parcel booked via parcel2go even though it was booked in time and I had received confirmation. Parcel2go offer no explanation for this and no compensation, all they can do is re-book the collection. The customer service is a joke, they are certainly not a customer service orientated company in my experience. I would NOT recommend this company for time sensitive deliveries and read there T's and C's carefully as they protect themselves very well.
Update: TNT failed to collect today for the 2nd time. Parcel2go cannot do anything except re-book with another courier. Lets hope I have better luck with citylink.
