Hopeless non-existent customer service

We had problems with our Pc crashing and missed Albelli's Christmas post deadline by 2hrs. We submitted our order and phoned to see if there was anything we could do. No we were told, we would have to wait but we should still get our book before Christmas. We waited in on both the 23rd and 24th of Dec but no book. We had to wait in, because Albelli do not send parcels with a tracking no. according to the call centre.
Instead of going through our wedding photos with our family on boxing day was planned, we had nothing to show because despite albelli apparantly sending 24hr post it took 4 working days to arrive. Not impressed. I would have happliy paid for next day delivery, but this isn't an option on the website or if you ask the powerless call centre reps to speed it up. To add insult to injury we've been charged £5 for the ultra slow delivery. I had the initial problem submitting my order late, but Albelli did nothing to recover the situation, so they get zero out of five from me. Plenty of other sites I can order photobooks from.
