The flowers were nice and well presented. However they were not delivered before 12noon although I had paid the extra delivery charge for this priveledge. I contacted customer services who did respond quite quickly and following a couple of emails did refund the additional delivery charge. Will possibly use again as it is not about what goes wrong but how you deal with it and I was satisfied with the outcome.
