I had a very bad experience with them:
I was moving houses and wanted to sort out the internet connection etc. I called 118118 to find out the phone number to SKY. I wrote the number down however the advisor I talked to offered me to connect me with that number, which seemed a kind gesture, since she did not mention any charge for connecting me. Guess what, I got charged £28 for the conversation - it lasted about 20 mins to order the internet, TV and landline from SKYPE.
When I wrote a complaint to 118118 since I obviously would not ask them to connect me if they told me how much per minute it would cost me, they said that I picked option 2 and I was informed by an automated service about the costs which is a complete LIE, since I talked with a person, who 'forgot' to mention the price of the further connection.
It took me about 6 further letters to get in the end only half of the money back - 118118 kept blaming my mobile network for these charges, while the mobile network was blaming 118118.
The company is based on dishonesty and hiding the facts from customers, in the hope that people do not check their phone bills.
Stay away from them for a mile or recommend to your enemies.

They are just taking p**s of customers!
I was moving houses, wanted them to transfer the phone line
to my new flat.
1. The did not cut off the line when they promised - it took them a week longer to do that. They were saying via mobile that it is not working, when I went over to check, it was still working.
2. I arranged an appointment with their engineer to come over to my new flat on Saturday since I am out of flat any other day of the week as I work in another town. They sent me a confirmation via text message that the engineer will be in my flat on Saturday between 7am and 1pm. Guess what, I got a phone call from the engineer on Tuesday about 2pm, that he is at the door and no one is in. When I told him that I did not have any appointments with him for Tuesday but on Saturday, he said they do not do Saturdays and he would not tell me which company sent him, I was hoping it is someone for my flatmate maybe. I called talktalk three times that week so that they can double and tripple check if everything is fine with the Saturday appointment, and they said yes (and were quite impatient as if I was taking their time to check an obvious thing). Guess what, I was waiting all day for the engineer on Saurday, called Talktalk again twice, once at 10am and once around 12, only to get told that I need to wait patiently. When the engineer did not turn up at 1pm, I called them again, only to be informed that the engineer was there and I was not at home! When I think about this I am still so upset, they did not give me any apology for wasting my time and for that dreadful experience, they lied straight into my face, so disrespectful for me, as a customer, as a human being!
3. After that I decided I do not want to have anything to do with them. But guess what, it is not that easy! Because they basically pretend they do not understand English, when you say you do not want to be their customer any more. They were passing me over one to another asking to wait, till the last person told me that it is impossible, otherwise they will charge me a disconnection fee. I laughed at them, how can they charge me a disconnection fee if I am not connected in the first place? The last guy I spoke to was so afraid to remove me from the customers list, as if they threatened him with something if he does that. The conversation was like this:
-Please remove from the customers list
-No problem, but..
-I do not want any buts, remove me please
-No buts, remove me from the customers list please!
and so on about 20 mins!!!
To put it short - this company is a disgrace and I am happy not to have anything to do with them any more.
Sometimes the clothes were surprisingly good quality for the money,
and sometimes what I received looked nice only on the picture
as the fabric & colours of the received item looked quite cheap.
Still the service is good if you want to send things back.
I think they used to have a policy that you cannot return an item,
you can only exchange it for a different size,
but it's no longer the case, therefore 3 stars.
I ordered 2 nice dresses and a jumper. One of the dresses was a strapless navy blue mini dress, I have received instead a long purple woolen grannies jumper. The other item was a black lace dress with flowers around the neck, I got a plain dress with no flowers on it. The description of the dress online did not mention that the flowers are something separate from the dress therefore I assumed they are a part of the dress, just like on the image. The jeans were fine but did not suit me. The company requires you to send the items back to Spain on your own expense if you want to get a refund, which, from UK, cost me £15!!! What is more you have only 7 days to send the clothes back, unlike 3 - 4 weeks like with other companies. Then you have to wait a couple of weeks or even more to get your money back. I called them today since I had no trace of my money yet, and the representative was very nice, she assured me I will get the money soon, therefore they get 2 stars, not 1. I think someone from their IT needs to get their finger out and do properly the website, with no confused images and inadequate or missing item descriptions.
Plus the company does not have an email address to customer services, only a phone number. A massive space for improvement there!
