Ordered 20 equimax wormers on the 16/3/2013 (I think over £230) then had a call on the 18th to confirm my address and as of the 23rd have not heard a dickie bird! Contacted the company by email to complain about the service as we have had next day delivery from other wormer companys in the past. Only to be told they were delivered on the19th according to there tracking service and to look outside for them??? I did this - nothing there , but I didnt expect there to be as there wasnt a letter through my door saying there would be or anything to say they were hereand I have not signed for them??? What now then a week wasted and still no wormers and no thought to sending a new lot out!!! Poor service and a couldnt care less attitude - Avoid.
A lady called Debbie has contacted me and shown me the 2 letter signatory (they are having a laugh!!!) and has kindly agreed to resend them out today to my works address thank you Debbie -I suppose you cannot control unscrupulous people receiving a parcel but where was it delivered to? Certainly not my house this must be an error on parcel forces behalf??? surely.
