I live in the Netherlands and I will never order at this webshop again!!!!
I have ordered 2 times at missguided.com and my order came 1 MONTH too late. When I received the items I did not even want to look at it because I did not want the clothes anymore after waiting more than 1 month. I sent my 2 orders back and paid 20.80 euros for the return costs. That is 3 times the price of normal delivery. But that is okay. Then I received a e-mail that I needed to pay ₤14,79 for adjustment fee (postage cost???!) I order a lot from webshops around the world but I never needed to pay adjustment fee, if I paid my own return costs. I paid 150,50 euros for my 2 orders and I needed to pay almost 40 euro's back, why? because I wanted to return the clothes that where 1 month too late!!! the only thing this company does is giving 10% discount. They think that the 10% discount will satisfied the costumer. BUT 10% DISCOUNT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOUR SERVICE IS GOOD!! YOU ARE AVOIDING THE PROBLEM INSTEAD OF FIXXING IT!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSHOP AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY HERE."
MISS SANA YOUR COMPANY TOLD ME THAT IF I COULD SEND MISSGUIDED A CLEAR PHOTO OF THE POSTAGE RECEIPT, THEY WILL HELP ME OUT. WELL GUESS WHAT THEY DID NOT!!!! I SENT TODAY MY 10TH EMAIL AND EVERYTIME THEY SAID SOMETHING ELSE. YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM!! YOUR COMPANY RIPS PEOPLE OFF!!!
PEOPLE DO NOT BUY HERE CLOTHES IT'S THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
