I placed my order more then 3 weeks ago and still has not received anything. I have contacted bestpet via email 2 weeks ago and received a very confusing reply with silly excuses. After another few days I emailed again but this time the email failed to deliver. I tried to call and left a message. No one bother to contact me back. Tried to call another day but was kept on hold for more than 5 minutes. I want my money back! This company is very bad. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.
