First time shopping with boohoo wasn't a good one.... not all boohoo's fault, ie. courier put calling card through the wrong door & by the time I was aware the parcel was at the Post Office, the returns time had expired (just 14 days from date of dispatch).
My item had a hole in it so I received a refund even though it was more like 20 days by this point. It wasn't bad, just a small one on the seam & I could really have sewn it up myself.
Dress was nice, but had a bad taste in my mouth by this point so just opted for a refund & told myself not to use boohoo in future.
Also think £3.99 is expensive for delivery & think this should've been refunded considering item was faulty.
