I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they did not arrive. After trying numerous times to contact them by email they finally replied. They kept offering to try delivering again even though it was then weeks after Mother's Day!
I have now had to go to the credit card company to dispute the charge to try to get my money back.
I logged in and checked a few orders I had place with them last year and it looks like a couple of those weren't delivered either - I'm guessing I'll never get that money back.
