Fantastic - I have been on this diet for just over 6 weeks and have lost well over 2 stones (and I was only 13 st 10 lb to start) back out of tight 34 jeans into loose 30's. I'm also doing a lot of weights work at the gym so have replaced fat with muscle without that think I'd have done nearer to 3 stone.
I only ordered shakes as I'd done lighter life before (but couldn't justify the cost this time as I really didn't need the 'counselling' I put the weight back on through personal reasons) and wasn't bothered by soups and bars etc - I am a little puzzled by people saying the shakes are disgusting they taste fine to me, mix ok and do a job - suppose it depends if you really want to lose weight. Would be interesting too see how much 'long term' weight people lose if they ''do it themselves'' but good luck to them anyway.
I thoroughly recommend this diet just make sure you drink the water regularly throughout the day and workout if you can, even if it's just a walk once a day.
